Cotlands Constitution
The Cotlands Constitution – our “founding document” – contains all of the key agreements made by members on how Cotlands operates. It is legally binding on the executive members of the organisation.
SARS Information
In terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act, 1962, your donation to Cotlands is tax deductible.
BEE Information
In terms of Annexure 700(A) – Benefit Factor Matrix of the Codes of Good Practice on Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment, your contribution can be used to obtain recognition towards the Socio-Economic Development element of the B-BBEE scorecard.
