For over 78 year’s Cotlands has been a forerunner in advocating for children’s rights. From our earlier years as a sanctuary for unwed mothers and abandoned babies to a decade of service as an HIV/Aids pediatric hospice to today were we offer early learning opportunities to our country’s most vulnerable citizens – our children.
